Kenilworth is a historic neighborhood just south of downtown Asheville. Conveniently located inside the Asheville city limits, Kenilworth consists of early 1900’s homes, mid-century homes, and scattered new construction. Highway 25 commercial corridor with Mission/St.Joseph Hospital adjoins to the west, Tunnel Rd (Hwy 70) commercial corridor adjoins to the North and East, and Swannanoa River and Hwy 81 (Swannanoa River Road) adjoins to the South.
