Lakeview Park is a historical neighborhood located inside the Asheville city limits and is approximately 15 mins north of downtown Asheville. A majority portion of the neighborhood is located adjacent to the Country Club of Asheville and to the north of Beaver Lake, a small non-motorized boating lake with walking trails. A smaller portion of the neighborhood exists to the West and South of Beaver Lake. The Asheville Country Club features a private 18 hole Donald Ross-designed course that was recently redone in 2016. Homes are primarily early 1900’s homes, mid-century homes, and occasional scattered new construction. Lakeview Park is bordered to the north by Asheville city limits and natural terrain, to the East by Elk Mountain Scenic Hwy and Highway 25, to the South by Lakeshore Drive and to the West by Elkwood Avenue and Stratford Road.
