Biltmore Lake is a planned community developed by Biltmore Farms around 2003. This community offers a private 62-acre lake with non-motorized boating and swimming, extensive trail system, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, greenspaces, community playgrounds, and even a full-time social director! This neighborhood has a strong “community feel” despite the large size (over 600 homes and counting!). Comprised of a wide range of demographics from young families to retirees. Homes range from spec houses (generally around $400k and up), spec townhomes, and custom homes on custom lots which typically exceed $1 million. Some portions of the community offer private gated access and exterior maintenance. Biltmore Lake is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 20 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, and easy access to I-40 and I-26. It’s also bordered to the North by Hwy 112 (Sand Hill Road), to the east by the Pisgah National Forest and naturally wooded terrain, to the South by Reeves Cove Road, and to the West by Enka Lake Road.
